This is an interview that Mr. Israel gave after attending the Belgrade Forum this past March. For technical reasons it is divided into 3 parts.

[In my humble opinion, parts 2 and 3 are the best. The interview continued beyond part 3, but we couldn't get the rest on RealPlayer, so it ends with a shrug.
